DELIVERY

We offer free standard delivery and free returns for all orders in the US.

We also deliver to Canada: Standard shipping at USD 20 and Express at USD 50.

Please switch the currency to GBP for deliveries to:
- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden, United Kingdom
- Australia and New Zealand
- UAE and Saudi Arabia

RETURNS

We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 21 days of purchase. This includes products purchased in the sale or with a discount code.

Products must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process the exchange or refund.

If an exchange is required, please contact our Customer Care Team at sales@nocturne.co.uk and they will be happy to help you with this.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

How to process a return:

1. All items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging. Worn, damaged items will unfortunately not be refund.

2. Return items using the UPS prepaid label included in your parcel. Please follow the instructions on the label.

Please note that the product will remain your property until we have received and checked the return. If we don’t receive your product, we will not be able to process your exchange or refund.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@nocturne.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If you are not entirely satisfied with the item you chose and want to exchange it for another piece, we will have to process it as a return followed by a new purchase. Please send your item back to us as a normal return using the UPS return label and purchase a new item on the website to complete your exchange.
